Our senior partner, William Gooding, has over thirty years of litigation experience. He is also a CPA, with a wide-range of experience in business issues.

William C. Gooding is a proven trial attorney. He is board-certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is board-certified as a Civil Trial Advocacy Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell. In 2006, he was selected a Texas Super Lawyer by Super Lawyer magazine. He is also a member of the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, and from 1995-1999, he served as chair of the Local Rules Advisory Group for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

      Connie Mitchell

      Prior to joining Gooding & Crittenden in 2007, Connie Mitchell gained extensive trial experience as a prosecutor, spending eleven years with the Miller County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Before joining the Miller County Prosecuting Attorney’s office, she was in private practice, specializing in criminal defense and family law. With Connie’s criminal law and family law background, she brings a unique perspective to the firm. She is admitted to practice in Arkansas and Texas and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
